Patients Council
The Network employs a patients council worker to ascertain the views of patients at The Little Brook Hospital on every aspect of their stay. The data is then collated and analysed, and a quarterly report produced. This report is distributed to all interested stakeholders.
The Network holds occasional meetings with Trust management in order to discuss areas of concern or to highlight good practice. A summary of the report is also given to the Joint Commissioning Board for Mental Health amongst others.
At the same, a quarterly newsletter is created and published by the Network for inpatients and other interested parties, with articles being encouraged from service users/patients.
